Thank you for shopping with Pandalime Decor! We partner with premium domestic fulfillment centers as well as international artisans to ensure you get the most unique botanical home decor.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, we proudly ship strictly within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: High-volume periods or seasonal rushes may cause a slight delay in processing by an additional 1-2 days.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
To offer a diverse and unique catalog, our items are dispatched from multiple locations, including our expedited US warehouses and our global fulfillment centers. Delivery times depend on the specific item's origin:

US Warehouse Items (Expedited): 3 to 9 business days.

Global Warehouse Items (Standard): 7 to 15 business days.

Total Expected Time: Depending on the items in your cart, please expect a total timeframe of 4 to 18 business days from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives.
4. SHIPPING RATES

Option A: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required!

Option B: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX.
5. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for tracking information to become fully active within the international and domestic couriers' systems.
6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations (e.g., one from our US center and one from our global center) to get them to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this occurs.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Pandalime Decor is not responsible for lost packages or the cost of re-shipping. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at microapkdeveloper@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
8. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we strive for perfect delivery, once a package is handed over to the courier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), we cannot control transit delays due to weather, customs clearance, or courier logistics.
