Refund policy
Returns and Refunds We want you to love your botanical decor! Because our items are carefully curated and shipped directly from our warehouse partners, we currently only accept returns or process refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a resolution.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a resolution for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at microapkdeveloper@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number.

A clear photo or short video showing the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

A photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once we receive your email and photo evidence, we will immediately process a free replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Return Address Please do not send items back to the sender address on your package without contacting us first. In many cases of damage or defect, we can process your replacement or refund without requiring you to go through the hassle of shipping the item back. If a physical return is required by our warehouse, we will email you the specific US return address and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking information has not updated in over 15 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at microapkdeveloper@gmail.com so we can investigate and assist you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. We also cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom products.
Refunds If a refund is approved based on damage or defect, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at microapkdeveloper@gmail.com.
